		<description><![CDATA[This whole budget hostage thing just ticks me off!  This whole spend-to-heal philosophy that both the fed and PA gov&#039;t is trying to feed us is just a load of hooey!  In the real world, you spend money you don&#039;t have, you go bankrupt.  You lose your shirt.  You pay consequenses for your irresponsibility and laziness.  But instead of tightening the belt, Ed Rendell and the state congressional reps are looking to raise taxes and increase spending.  They are scraping open the wounds so that they keep bleeding.  It amazes me that folks are surprised when the state of our great state (and country) becomes weaker and weaker.  What else do they think will happen??  You cannot spend your way to prosperity and you cannot bury your head in the sand and not expect to get kicked in the butt!  Too tempting a target if you know what I mean!]]></description>
